Seven years in medical sales and neurology put me in operating theatres and specialist offices. I saw teams doing exceptional work, while their websites, content, and systems made them look smaller than they were.
The pattern kept repeating: capability in the room, weak proof online, manual work behind the scenes, and missed trust before the first conversation.
